Mother Earth
I always liked being in nature. When I grow up in the kibbutz in Israel, I used to go on long walks in nature around the kibbutz and discover hidden places. When I moved back to Finland I started trekking around Helsinki and discover the beauty of Finland’s nature. These walks in nature energized and balanced me.
There is a natural flow of energy from the Sun to the Earth. When we are outside in nature, our body receives this flow and becomes energized. When we are in doors, the metal and concrete structure of the building stops this natural flow of energy, a sort of Faraday cage is in effect - and that is why we always feel tired at home. The solution is to spend a few hours everyday outdoors, or live in a house with a wooden roof. The natural radiation of the Sun goes through wooden material. That is why we always feel refreshed when we go to the country side for a holiday.
Once I have began my spiritual Journey I deliberately got to know Mother Earth and her energy field. You can easily connect yourself to Mother Earth by creating an energy tube from your root chakra to the centre of the Earth. You can then ask Mother Earth to balance, heal, protect, energize and love you. She will.
Once you get to know Mother Earth and her energies better, you will realize that without her we are lost. Without her rivers, mountains, trees and rocks, humankind doesn't have a future.
In once connected myself to Mother Earth during meditation and I saw a vision of what Mother Earth really looks like. I saw a huge light being that nearly filled the whole physical planet Earth, with her energy. On the surface of that light being there were billions of tiny beings, a lot of them were full of light, but most of them had black energy, because of the dark thoughts they were mostly thinking. Mother Earth was busy countering the low level vibrations emitting from those billions of beings. I think that if each one of us will start thinking positive thoughts about Mother Earth, The whole planet will change into a place full of light and love.
Mother Earth and her Earth Spirits have taught me a method with which you can raise the vibrational level of the lands and seas around your home. In the method you connect yourself to the energy field of Mother Earth and raise it's vibrational level by singing with love. I have used this method to clean the river and lands near my home.
