The Golden Lily Meditation

In 2006 I went to a sacred geometry course in Ylöjärvi, Finland. My two friends and I drove there together and on the way, one of my friends said that in that course we will be given an important symbol.
Before the course I talked with the teacher Riitta, who is my good friend, and she told me that, the angels had told her, that the name of the symbol that we will be given is Shoshan. Shoshan (שושן) means Lily in Hebrew.
Riitta doesn’t know Hebrew…

During that course we meditated together but I could not see the symbol. We returned to Helsinki that night and before I went to sleep I asked that the symbol will be given to me in a dream.
Sure enough, that night I had a weird dream and the symbol was given to me. It looked like this:

A few days later, I had another dream on how I should use the symbol. So I tried it and it worked. My friend, Riitta, has also tried using the symbol and she had a slightly different experience. We put both of our experiences together and developed a meditation that uses this symbol.

In the meditation a new energy flow is activated and spread across the body. For a long time, we didn’t know what this energy does. Until one day I taught the meditation to a friend of mine and she said that the Golden Lily energy has connected her to her genes – her DNA. I asked my Angelic Spirit Guide to teach me how to use the symbol and he called Angel Yechezkel (יחזקאל), who has taught me how to use the energy properly. After that I developed the meditation further and learned that by using the Golden Lily symbol, you can connect yourself to the energies of Adam, Eve and the seed of Humanity. Activating your 5th dimensional light body

As you probably already know, the unified consciousness that is Mother Earth is raising from the third to the fifth dimension. Right now we are somewhere in the fourth dimension.

This process is both global and personal. Each one of us is experiencing the same process on individual level, and once enough of us have risen to the fifth dimension, the whole unified consciousness will raise too.

Since we are all a very long way into the process, we can activate our fifth dimensional light bodies right now, if we want to. You can activate your fifth dimension light body with the following meditation, which is based on the Golden Lily meditation.

How to build a Lemurian Light Beam crystal device

In the spring of 2010 I visited a place called Kursi, which is located on the shores the shores of the Sea of Galilee in Israel. Kursi is famous for the swine miracle that Jesus did. According to an Israeli researcher, there is a Lemurian city in there in another dimension. In that city there is a light beam generator made from five crystals.

The five crystals are arranged so that there is a large crystal in the middle pointing upwards and four other crystals arranged around it. The four crystals have been programmed to collect energy from there surroundings and to feed that energy to the big crystal in the middle. The big middle crystal then collects that energy and creates a light beam that harmonizes the area.

A few months ago I decided to try and copy the design of the kursi crystal device and build a smaller version for home use.
The first device worked so well I began building devices for my friends from polyester. Unfortunately polyester turned out to be too poisonous to work with. So I simplified the design, and began using glass and sand instead.

Activating your Crystal Body by using the energies of the Crystal Skulls

In the spring of 2010, I was visiting Israel. I was in the Golan Heights when I learned of a place called Rujm El Hiri. Rujm El Hiri is famous for its four ancient stone circles. In the middle of the stone circles there is a heap of stones, underneath which there is a small room.
Since I have never been to Rujm El Hiri, I decided to go there and meditate. While I was searching for information on the site’s location, I discovered that it was inside an Israeli Army practice area and it was only accessible on weekends. Since I had a few days till the weekend I decided to visit Kursi as well.

Kursi is located on the shore of the Sea of Galilee and is famous for the swine miracle that Jesus did. According to this man, the place has a healing vortex inside it. Apparently there is a fifth dimensional Lemurian city in there and in the middle of that city there are five healing crystals, which create the healing vortex. In this dimension, the place is a national park, with ruins of an ancient church, a bath house and a monastery. The healing Vortex is located near two benches inside the park.

The next day I visited Kursi, I sat down on the bench next to the fifth dimensional crystals, and connected with them. Powerful healing energy began flowing through me and I saw glimpses of the Lemurian city. I also connected to the fifth dimensional me for a while.

Activating and programming your Merkaba light body

The Merkaba is an artificial geometric body that we can activate when we want to. This body is in the shape of a galaxy and its size is depended on our perception. If we can perceive/feel the whole universe, then we can enlarge our Merkaba so that it will contain the whole universe.

The Merkaba actually represents the way we perceive ourselves and the universe. This is how our perception limits the Merkaba: If we believe that we are multi dimensional beings, unhindered by time or space, then that is what will be and that is what our Markaba will be.

Since we are creators, and we can create what we want into our lives – The Merkaba will be a projection of our beliefs about our creation powers.

We can program the Merkaba using our logic, and then our Merkaba will be limited by our logic: If we will believe something is logical then the Merkaba will be able to do it.
If we believe that it isn’t logical – then our Merkaba will not be able to do it either.

This is why it’s better to program the Merkaba intuitively, using our feminine creative side. This way we avoid using our logical male side, and our Merkaba will be able to do anything, unhindered by time or space. The Merkaba will become an instrument, through which we can create the lives we want for our selves.

There are many ways to program our Merkaba. We can use letters, symbols, visions, and other expressions of the language of light, which is the real source of all the languages in the world. All these ways of programming are tied to our logical male side of the brain, and I don’t recommend using them unless you know really well what the symbols and the energies behind them mean. (The same thing goes to the Reiki healing method – if you use the reiki symbols, then you limit yourself into healing while using the logical male brain. It’s better to just connect to the Original Creator and to give it permission to channel through you all the energies the patient needs, without connecting the energy to a certain symbol.)
